Here is our cooking class studio tour
This course is intended for those in the food business, and our chef is a professor at two different universities, so the quality of the content is top-notch.
Each day of intensive culinary training costs $500 per day, and you’ll spend 10 hours with our chef visiting markets, supermarkets, a few select restaurants, and, of course, many hours in our kitchen, where our chef will guide you through a variety of recipes and techniques.
During the classes, we will cover traditional recipes from the following Brazilian gastronomic cultures: Mineira, Bahiana, Nordeste, Amazonian, and Gaucho.
Our chefs speak English and Spanish and are knowledgeable of the five different Brazilian culinary cultures.
5 days of Brazilian cooking classes can be offered as follows:
10 hours per day for 5 days, covering main dishes, side dishes, street foods, desserts, pastries, cakes, and juices, smoothies, drinks, and cocktails.

Your classes will take place at a few locations as well as in our studio.
A few classes will involve visits to restaurants, bars, and farmer’s markets to explore Brazilian meats, fish, fruits, bakeries, lunch places, grain stores, and vegetables.
