Who will process my payment? Why should I trust them?

Paypal and Stripe are World famous and reputable payment processing services. Your card info goes straight to their server via HTTPS protocol, so that it is encrypted from end-to-end. We dont get your payment info, nor do we want that responsibilty! That’s why we leave it to the pros.

Can we avoid the food intolerances/allergies I have?

Of course, just let us know ahead of time and we'll work with substitute ingredients.

Are Covid masks and vaccine proof required?

As of november 2022 we have stopped requiring masks and proof of vaccines.

I think I have Covid... can I still come?

If you are ill or it is recommended, based on current CDC guidelines, that you isolate or quarantine, please notify us as soon as possible and refer to our cancellation policy.

What should we bring to class with us?

All classes at Cook in Rio include all of the food, packaging and tools necessary. Please tie long hair back. Bangs that get in the eyes should be held back with a hat or headband of some sort. Wear sneakers/comfortable shoes! You will be on your feet for the entire class. Short-sleeves are best. If you would like to bring a water bottle, please label it with your name. Bring a cloth sack or reusable grocery bag to carry your food home!

Can I bring my own wine/whisky/beer?

Sure! We won't charge for any outside liqor or drinks.

Do we get to eat the food in class?

Yes, you will make then eat the appetizers during the class. The main dishes are served towards the end of class.
